Kael and his team very incredibly professional during my recent move. I’ve unfortunately had many bad experiences with moving companies (damaged furniture, surprise fees, damaged walls) despite my best efforts to find high quality companies. Kael came out about 2 weeks before the move and provided an estimate. Aisa, from his office, was in contact and super responsive leading up to the move. During the move (which included packing all dishes, glasses, small items) Kael and the entire team showed up on time and worked quickly but very carefully. All of my furniture made it to my new house without issues. I will recommend Royal Movers to all my friends looking for a high quality, friendly and professional moving company.

Company stayed in communication with me since the beginning til the end. They work quick and clean. Couldn’t ask for more. Even when my building didn’t let them close to the dock, they accepted the challenge without charging any additional fees. I would highly recommend the company!

I must start with: May the Lord keep blessing your business!!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for coming to the rescue! For being so prompt and so professional! I made contact with another company whom confirmed my moving via text message, I knew something was a little weird their way of doing business, but I trusted the man; Wednesday before my moving I texted him and reply once again confirmed; supposedly at 9:30am that coming Saturday. My family and I woke up that day at 6:30am packing last minute stuffs; long story short because this review is supposed to be for Royal Movers , however needed to make certain you understand the reason why Im so thankful with them; the other company never showed up nor answered my calls or text mesages; it was now close to 1pm and I just wanted to cry; I remember Royal Movers had provided me with a quote via email, so I called to check what was the earliest available date and time; I was told Tuesday at first, I said that will be a little too late but thank you anyways and I will call you back, the gentleman on the line said: Let’s do this, let me call the drives and let me check if there is any possible way they may accommodate you, give me 30 minutes, well he called back in less than 10 minutes saying: It worked better than expected; the drivers can be in your house between 1:30pm- 2:30pm (if I recall correctly); I said perfect!!! They arrived on time and handle the process with so much care from the minute they arrived until the minute we signed the paperwork and paid for their job! Absolutely amazing! I can not thank you enough for caring!!! I recommend this place with my eyes close! Keep up the great work! And most importantly stay humble and always Be You! God bless you all! For ever grateful and if I ever move again (hopefully not lol) I will choose Royal Movers again!

Royal movers was a joy to work with. From the beginning stage of dealing with Aisa and Kael to our great movers Eddie and Darwin. We have never used a moving company before and read some scary reviews but once we found Royal Mover we felt comfortable enough to use a professional moving company. Everything went as expected and our furniture was moved carefully. No hidden charges like I see others talking about. Eddie and Darwin were great!! Highly recommend and happy customers

Absolutely recommend Royal Movers. They helped with a very complex job moving a heavy and involved dance floor into and out of a venue for a show. This job is one that many other companies turned down but the Royal Movers team took it on successfully and professionally. It was a very challenging job but their team did a fantastic job. What can I say about Kael and his team (Eduardo, Miguel, Natalia and Essa) other than they are all amazing!!!. Punctual, (called me at 9am to let me know they were at my building), professional, (handled my home and belongings with respect), prepared (brought boxes, wrapping paper, tape, bubble wrap etc) and efficient. They helped pack my belongings quickly and efficiently and made what was a stressful few days much easier to deal with. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to put my belongings into storage rather than into my new home and Kael handled this last minute change with such kindness and empathy. He told me he would do whatever it took to make my day stress free, and then Kael and his team delivered on that promise. I promise you, that you will not find such a caring, hard working and professional team like this in South Florida. Work ethic like this is in deed rare to find these days and should only be applauded! I will use Royal Movers over and over again and have already recommended them to my friends. Great job and thank you for literally saving me these past few days!
